Liquid Flow Measurement

Liquid Measurement

We offer several flow meters suitable for the measurement of liquids, including:

  • Pro-V® Inline Vortex Flow Meter (Model M22) are ideal for volumetric or compensated mass flow measurements of most common liquids with line sizes from 1/2 inch to 8 inches (DN25 to DN200), temperatures from -330 Deg F to 750 Deg F (-200 to 400 Deg C), and pressures to ANSI class 900.
  • Pro-V® Insertion Vortex Flow Meter (Model M23) are ideal for volumetric or compensated mass flow measurements of most common liquids with lines sizes from 2 inches to 72 inches, temperatures from -330 to 750 Deg F (-200 to 400 Deg C), and pressures to ANSI class 900.
  • Pro-V® Inline Vortex Flow Meter (Model M24) are ideal for volumetric or compensated mass flow measurements of most common liquids with lines sizes from 2 inches to 72 inches, temperatures from -330 to 750 Deg F (-200 to 400 Deg C), and pressures to ANSI class 900.
  • Turbo Pro® Insertion Turbine Flow Meter (Model Pro-T) are ideal for measuring various liquids in line sizes from 2 inches or greater, temperatures from -450 to 850 deg F (-267 to 455 deg C), and pressures to ANSI Class 900.
  • SonoPro® Professional Series Ultrasonic Flow Meter (Model S36) is a wall-mount, clamp-on or insertion type ultrasonic flow meter using transit time technology to accurately meter clean liquids with little to no air bubbles or particles. Clamp-on type ultrasonic flow meters are easy to install and do not require shutting down or cutting the pipe, saving you trouble and cost. Insertion type ultrasonic flow meters allow measurement of pipes that are not compatible with the clamp-on type. SonoPro® Professional Series flowmeter offers an industry-leading variety of communication options. In addition to providing traditional communication methods such as analog output signals, this flowmeter also provides the latest and most advanced digital fieldbus protocol options such as BACnet®/IP and Modbus® TCP/IP.
  • SonoPro® Commercial Series Ultrasonic Flow Meter (Model U42) is a wall-mount, clamp-on or insertion type ultrasonic flow meter using transit time technology to accurately meter clean liquids with little to no air bubbles or particles. Clamp-on type ultrasonic flow meters are easy to install and do not require shutting down or cutting the pipe, saving you trouble and cost. Insertion type ultrasonic flow meters allow measurement of pipes that are not compatible with the clamp-on type.
  • SonoPro® Water Series Ultrasonic Flow Meter (Model U43) is a wall-mount, clamp-on or insertion type ultrasonic flow meter using transit time technology to accurately meter water applications. Clamp-on type ultrasonic flow meters are easy to install and do not require shutting down or cutting the pipe, saving you trouble and cost. Insertion type ultrasonic flow meters allow measurement of pipes that are not compatible with the clamp-on type.
  • SonoPro® Portable Ultrasonic Flow Meter (Model U44) is a portable ultrasonic flow meter. It incorporates high accuracy transit-time ultrasonic technology to deliver accurate and reliable flow metering. The innovative design includes matched precision transducers and signal processing circuitry to accurately measure the flow of most liquids over a wide range of velocities.
  • SonoPro® Portable Professional Series Ultrasonic Flow Meter (Model S34) is a portable ultrasonic flow meter. It incorporates high accuracy transit-time ultrasonic technology to deliver accurate and reliable flow metering. The innovative design includes matched precision transducers and signal processing circuitry to accurately measure the flow of most liquids over a wide range of velocities. SonoConfig™ Instrument Interface Software works in conjunction with SonoPro Portable to provide valuable setup, diagnostic, and data logging tools.
  • Pro-M™ Electromagnetic Flowmeters offer accurate and reliable flow metering of liquids. Using Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction, these meters measure a variety of conductive liquids. Unaffected by the liquid’s temperature, pressure, density, or viscosity, these meters provide a level of measurement stability unmatched among flow metering technologies. The full-bore design does not create a pressure loss and has no moving parts for a maintenance-free design.
